Face to face/over the counter transactions are rapidly diminishing with the increase of online access to loans and utilities, making it easier for fraudsters to simply tap in your stolen personal information.
Gone are the days where you had to front up to your bank manager, cap in hand, to request a loan face to face... or turn up to the local register office to renew your car rego... and so on.
