I wanted to help customers with a broader range of products across a larger range of customers i.e. not just cars, but equipment, earthmoving and technology finance. I was also encouraged by other finance professionals who recognised my passion and talent in this field.
It is my philosophy to treat customers equally, with care and compassion to guide them through the finance process. My team approach all our customers’ finance needs with a “can do” attitude, rather than an “it’s too hard” attitude that some banks have when dealing with customers whose situations don’t match their one-size-fits-all checklists.
We don’t have anything against the big banks, indeed we use them frequently for our customers and more often than not we can get our customers approved – simply by digging deeper and presenting their case with more background information and giving the bank no reason to say “no”.
