Your new role

Our team is currently looking for a skilled mortgage broker with expertise in comprehending our clients' lending needs and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to establish long-lasting and significant connections with clients by delivering appropriate advice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to comprehend their requirements and providing professional guidance to help them attain their financial goals and aspirations.
• Conducting research and analysis of different lending policies and products to meet client needs.
• Overseeing new client relationships from application to settlement, and extending existing ones as your portfolio expands.
• Handling excess applications when needed and assisting with administrative duties.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a similar role;
• The ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and clients;
• First class communication skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities;
• Financial analysis capability and critical thinking skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; and
• Ideally have completed a Diploma of Mortgage Broking already (or nearing completion).
